NPU-H Safety & Code Compliance Program

NPU-H is serious about restoring our community to what it was before the abandon homes, drugs and crime entered.

On the form below you can report via NPU-H suspected criminal activity, and code enforcement violations and remain anonymous!

Safety/Code Complience/Beautification meetings are the 2nd Thursday in each month at the Adamsville Recreation starting at 6:30 PM.

Suspected Criminal Activity

Loitering, Theft, Drugs, Burgulary, Auto Theft, Prostitution, Mugging, etc.

Code Compliance Violations

Properties are inspected for violations such as:

• decayed/damaged leaking roofs,
• holes in flooring (both inside and out),
• broken window glass; flaking/peeling paint,
• units not supplied with water or adequate heat,
• rodent infestation or unsanitary conditions,
• overgrown(over 6"), littered vacant lots,
• junk/inoperative vehicles,
• graffiti,
• electrical hazards,
• open and vacant structures,
• dilapidated buildings, and
• numerous other deficiencies which render properties substandard

If no direct street address is known, provide the closest number available. DO NOT use abbreviations when describing locations. 

City Services Issues

Sidewalks, street lights, street signs, impassible streets, garbage or yard trimming  pick-up, etc.

Household garbage and recycling are collected weekly on the scheduled collection day.  Effective September 13, 2010 yard trimmings are collected every other week on the scheduled collection day for customers whose regular pick up day is Monday or Tuesday.  Effective the week of September 20, 2010 yard trimmings will be picked up every other week for customers whose regular pick up day is Wednesday or Thursday.  Yard trimmings pick up may be picked up any during during the scheduled week.
